Spicy tagliatelle flavored with lime and coriander


Fresh, spicy and aromatic, this first course is very pleasant to taste and quick to prepare. The recipe for Spicy Tgliatelle flavored with Lime and Coriander can be prepared in 10 minutes. If you don't like coriander, use another aromatic herb that you like such as basil, thyme, mint, oregano, marjoram or chives.



Ingredients for 2:

  • 160 gr of tagliatelle pasta

  • 1 lime

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • parsley

  • coriander

  • olive oil

  • salt

Direction:

Throw the pasta into boiling salted water, in the meantime pour 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into a pan, lightly brown a clove of garlic cut into slices, a little chilli pepper and the bay leaf.


Grate the lime zest. Drain the pasta al dente(not to much cooked, drain it 1 minute before the cooking time indicated on the package), keeping a little of the cooking water, pour it into the sauce, adding the water, the zest and two tablespoons of lime juice, fresh parsley and coriander cut with a knife. Sauté for about a minute and serve with a slice of lime.
